This year the ATA is celebrating its 20th year as the face of Australia’s Contact Centre Community.

As part of the ATA’s National Conference to be held in Sydney this September, Champs has been invited to deliver their highly praised Coaching For Results program publicly for the first time. 

The ATA professional development program supports the growth, innovation and success of Contact Centre practitioners, and each year, two providers are selected to form part of the ATA National Conference workshop program. This first ever public offering will give motivated individuals and centres a unique opportunity to purposely drive the performance culture within their centre.  

Coaching for Results has been delivered to dozens of our Contact Centre clients around the country and continues to feature strongly on the Champs training calendar.  

Deigned specificity for those who directly coach and/or performance manage others, the Coaching for Results program is a highly interactive and practice-rich training workshop that increases skills and gets results. Participants will learn to think, communicate and behave in ways that help them manage themselves and develop others more effectively.
